At Sunday Paper Mood, every planner is carefully packed by hand before it makes its way to you. We truly hope you love it as much as we loved creating it.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your planner must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Free from any signs of wear or damage

Please contact us before sending your order back so we can guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we're so sorry.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible by replacing the item or offering a refund if necessary.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
